Job Description Summary | Event Support Staff will be responsible for assisting with the setting up and tearing down of resources (tables, chairs, stages, tents, rental items, etc.), reading and following daily event set-up summaries and diagrams, as well as, moving and storing event equipment. Responsibilities also include, reviewing common areas for the accurate arrangement of furniture and equipment, vacuuming floors between event transitions and assisting with placement and removal of signage. In addition, the Event Support Staff will review common areas for life safety issues related to furniture and equipment storage/placement on a daily basis. |
